Detectives have arrested a Bronx man they are saying was caught on surveillance digital camera taking pictures an armed rival throughout a standoff in Crotona, police stated Friday.
Yerson Arzu, 19, was charged with homicide, manslaughter and possession of a weapon for fatally taking pictures 26-year-old Carlos Gonzalez on Dec. 26.
