Memphis police are looking for a person of interest in the shooting death of Shea Greer

About a month later, Memphis bartender and former manager A beauty shop Shea Grauer was fatally shot, Memphis police are searching for a person of interest.

The Memphis Police Department released surveillance camera video of a person of interest on Sunday Grauer’s death on February 18 Near Lockett Place and South Belvedere Boulevard.

The footage shows a man wearing a ballcap, jacket, light-colored pants and tennis shoes, said MPD Public Information Officer Theresa Carlson. Police are working to identify the man.

Carlson said the footage was captured at the time Grauer was killed.

MPD responded to a shooting around midnight Feb. 18 in Midtown where officers found Greer dead from a gunshot wound.

Police said no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and it is an ongoing investigation.

Greer, 55, had been an employee at the beauty shop for 18 years, including 17 as a manager.

About seven months before Grauer’s death, his brother Beau Grauer was also killed.

On July 24, Memphis police responded to a shooting in the 600 block of Hawthorne Street around 10:30 p.m. and found Beau Grauer dead at the scene. A tweet by category.

Funeral services for Grauer will begin at 11 a.m. April 1 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 1695 Central Ave. The beauty shop will host a reception and second line following the funeral.
