A Filipino American mother was allegedly shot to death in front of her children in Daly, California.
According to Dali City Police sources, Frances Kendra Lucero27, had a heated argument with her husband, Romier Narag, 27, on her way home from a family dinner on March 6.
Narag allegedly pulled a 9mm handgun and shot Lucero as they ran to their home near Westlake Shopping Center around 7:30 p.m.
